How can I place an order?
Place an order enquiry below, and one of our friendly team members will be in touch within 3 business days.
What are delivery options?
For events held at the Victorian Pride Centre (where we’re based), we can deliver to you free of charge. Please specify the booked space when placing your order.
For all other locations across Melbourne, delivery is available. A delivery fee will be applied to your quote, depending on your location. Delivery fees range from $10 – $30 (depending on your distance from us), the exact price will be confirmed on your catering quote.
We do offer free, in-store pick-ups from The Little Social at the Victorian Pride Centre. Please chat to our team.
Do you allow pick-ups?
Yes, we allow free pick-ups from The Little Social at the Victorian Pride Centre.
I’m hosting an event at the Victorian Pride Centre. Can we buy coffee from the cafe as well?
The Little Social Café is open Monday to Friday 8am-2pm (excluding public holidays) if your event is being held during this time, pop in and see us for a coffee.
We are able to arrange pre-purchased coffee vouchers for your event attendees/guests to redeem at our café, or we can run a tab on the day to be invoiced, post-event. If your event is outside of our operational hours but you would like us to cater drinks at your event, please submit an inquiry and we can discuss tailored options with you.
Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
We endeavour to cater to most dietary requirements (Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal, Gluten Free etc). If we are unable to cater to your requirements, we will let you know before confirming your order.
While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that all catering orders are prepared in the same kitchen and may contain traces of common allergens (eg. dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and nuts).
Can you cater my event happening in a couple of days?
We typically require a minimum of 3 business days for all new catering orders, but last-minute orders may be accepted (subject to availability). Please email catering@thelittlesocial.com.au your event is within 3 business days. Please note that late orders will be subject to a 10% rush fee.
I need to cancel my order. What happens now?
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please find below our cancellation policy.
More than 5 business days notice: 100% refund
5-3 business days’ notice: 50% refund
Less than 2 business days’ notice: Not eligible for a refund
