Here4Hospitality
Here4Hospitality is an intensive, industry-specific job readiness program through Youth Projects that supports young people living with different abilities to participate in experiential learning, immersive training and transition into industry traineeships.
Young people aged 16 to 25 years who are living with autism, an intellectual disability, and/or a psychosocial disability have an opportunity to participate in Here4Hospitality to be ready and prepared for meaningful employment in the Hospitality industry.
A dedicated Youth Coach will work alongside each young person and their mentor to create an inclusive learning model where individuals can share experiences and learning, to build a connected community that supports each other and access Youth Projects’ holistic Social Model of Care for the duration of the participation in Here4Hospitality.
